The Fukushima Employment Support Center provides the following support programs and courses to foreigners working in Japan.

Lectures for Companies

Easy Japanese Language Training Course (for Japanese people, such as company employers)

Opportunities to communicate with foreign residents in the communities and workplaces have increased. Are you having trouble in talking to them? what do you want to convey? It may be due to "difficult-to-understand Japanese". In the easy-to-understand Japanese language training course, we hold a workshop to learn "easy Japanese" as Japanese that is easy for foreigners to understand. We will give you easy-to-understand tips that you can use from today, such as not using difficult words or shorten sentences. If you have the opportunity to interact with foreigners on a daily basis, please consider it.

1. Business Manners Training Course

Business Manners Course for Foreigners is for foreign employees working for Japanese companies.
With lectures and practical skills from experienced instructors, foreigners with little experience in Japan can learn Japanese common sense and manners in business in a short period of time.

2. Japanese language course for foreigners

We provide Japanese language courses for foreigners living in Fukushima prefecture with the aim of teaching them basic Japanese language and Japanese lifestyle so that they can live a smooth life.

In the Japanese language course, we aim not only Japanese language and getting to know Japanese culture, but also to know people from various countries and understand each other's culture. We hope our staff will be able to help you with that as much as possible.

3. Life consultation (for foreigners)

We have a life consultation desk for foreigners living in Fukushima prefecture. On the problems related to work, medical care, and education, our counselors who can speak foreign languages provide information and introduce specialized agency in response to counseling. We also accept counseling by phone, fax, or e-mail (we will strictly keep your privacy we have known through the counseling).
